The kettle was built by a friend who owns a machine shop.It is like the Kettle corn express (google kettle corn express).If you've cooked kettle corn over a traditional open kettle (big bowl with wooden paddle) then you would never do it again after using this unit.The kettle is much,much, more efficient and so much less dangerous! Never get burned by flying hot sugar coated kernels again! Not to mention the heat of standing over a smoking hot kettle all day with 90 plus degrees! We cook about five cups of popcorn at a time.More could be popped but we have found that five cups works great for two people.It takes about the same amount of time to pop five cups as it does to bag each round. Everything is included (trailer, kettle, tubs, lemonade cups, lids, bags, stools, free sample container, propane bottles, fan, fire extinguisher ,ect...). The trailer has four sinks and remote controlled air conditioner.Instant hot water heater that runs on propane.Kettle corn and lemonade recipes.Too much to list! Trailer is in almost perfect condition with brand new tires and rope lights. Always the best looking set-up every show we do.Also, for sale locally.

This is a video I made after the kettle was built.Since I have learned a little.I learned to turn up the heat, so its alot faster.I also, had the stand cut down so it wasn't so tall.Now I can pop sitting down on a stool.It also is level now so it dosen't wabble.The first round always takes a little longer.After the kettle gets hot the popping time gets much faster.
